At Ozark Glow Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

As a small handmade business, we appreciate your understanding that all sales are final, but we’re always happy to help if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ozarkglowcandleco@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Scent Preference & Personal Taste

Because scent preference is personal and candles cannot be resold once opened or used, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance selection. We encourage customers to review scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

All digital downloads and printable products are final sale and non-refundable.
